Personal training is a service used by many different people, for many different reasons, I have helped people lose their baby weight, training for sporting events as well as general fitness and weight loss.


Each session is tailored to your specific requirements, during your first session, I will establish your short and long term fitness goals, as well as looking into your diet and calorie intake needs. A fit test will then be done. This will then allow me to plan out a personalised session plans.


£35 per session, discounts for block booking sessions.
