Personal training is a service used by many different people for many different reasons. I have helped clients lose their baby weight, train for sporting events, achieve a certain look for weddings/holidays as well as many other general fitness and weight loss goals.
Every session of PT is tailored to your specific requirements, and I like to vary what we do week by week to keep things interesting, fun and challenging. In our first session together, we’ll go over your short and long-term fitness goals, along with a fit test. We’ll also have a think about your diet needs, too, if you want to address that.
Personal training is all about giving you the kind of targeted, personalised attention that’ll get you to where you want to be in your fitness journey. One-to-one training is one of the most powerful workout incentives there is, and it’s not at all daunting. I don’t bark orders at you; instead we work together at your pace and always have a laugh en-route, too.
My personal training sessions are £35 a go, with discounts available for block booking sessions.
